Home Health is a wonderful resource for follow-up care after any in-patient stay and other times when care is able to happen in the home. Our services include rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and homemaking. Personal assistance for any individual, from infant to adult, is also available with assistance from one of our Personal Care Assistant (PCA’s).

What we offer:
IV therapy
Skilled nursing visits (ie: wound and ostomy care, medication teaching and set-up)
Personal care attendant (PCA) for ongoing/frequent visits
Follow-up care after any inpatient stay in a hospital or short term rehabilitation center
